The weather was fine for my running but not me. So Tired... Arriving home late quick lunch and 3 hours just to get the run done wasn't good enough.. It was a busy day at work, up since 6:50 am and the last days training where piling to much tiredness I just felt yesterday before my training but, I need the go and I cannot be lazy at any respect, just try and keep going.
For several time I thought on quiting, slowing down and walking back home, but as far as couldn't feel any pain, just tired, I kept going until the end.
The time was fairly ok and it was nice to be out for awhile and to stick at such a nice routine.
Tomorrow resting day, having a break...Some stretching during the day..to get properly refreshed before going but on Friday.

Started to rain 5 minutes after leaving him..I wasn't warm enough to dry it off, to feel comfortable enough just took 20 minutes. It was constant, just 10 minutes rain with a 20 minutes frequency... I got the refreshing sensation.
Smooth and fast run, the medium route, feeling like flying, light . No pains, only fatigue at the end, sign of dehydration. Arriving home, I prepared the isotonic straight away../ I took long to feel recover.. but it was perfectly fine after a whole.

Well... long way run today....
Rhebogue Meadows --> UL ---> Annacotty --> Back to UL --> Crossing the Shannon Bridge in UL --> Corbally Road ---> Parteen ---> Limerick ---> Rhebogue Meadows

Started reaching Annacotty, feeling perfectly fine, back to UL and in my way to Corbally I decided to give a go for the longest track I have ever planned in Ireland.... Turning to Parteen instead of heading back to Limerick......
In Parteen I felt a little bit tired.. Just in LImerick, around the Castle I felt a little bit heavy...The sun was up and I was getting dehydrated that is the reason for all those sensations... I took long to reach Rhebogue Meadows and home, feeling really tired at the very end, needed Isotonic immediately.. The heat was creating the effect... and after that long run I was overheated.

And...that is was the best run of the year..also the longest.. Pleasant and perfect.. Tomorrow normal training.
